She graduated from the University of Sarajevo Faculty of Medicine in 1984 and completed specialist training in radiodiagnostics in 1997. She received the title of primarius in 2014. Her decades of experience include hospital and primary-care institutions in Zenica and Sarajevo, including leadership of a radiology department and a primary healthcare service.
